Norina Dove has been a part of the legal community for over 30 years. During that time, she has worked closely with families through the processes of divorce, custody matters, financial support matters (child support/spousal support), property division and asset/liability division issues and drafting complex agreements for court approval. She attended the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation where she achieved skills in successful negotiation tactics to lead parties to binding agreements. She completed Family Law Mediation training in Minnesota and has joined the Minnesota Rule 114 Roster. Norina’s passion is in helping families achieve agreements which work for them and will enable families to move forward without a protracted and costly legal battle.
